Where do we deliver to?
We currently accept online orders for Metropolitan Areas only. Over time, we will extend this to other areas. If you would like to order our products and live outside a Metropolitan Area, please contact us, or visit a Design Centre near you.
What quantity can be ordered online?
To order bricks or pavers online, the minimum order quantity is one pack. Packs vary in units depending on the product, but are approximately 400 to 500 units. Only full packs can be ordered online.
Breakage allowance
We recommend adding an additional 10% to your order to allow for site breakage and waste.
Delivery charges
All online orders that are three packs or less will be charged a delivery surcharge of $181.50 incl GST.
Online transactions
Providing the minimum order quantity is met, your order can be purchased online via credit card through our secure NAB transaction gateway. Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard.
Note: If you are an existing Brickworks account holder, please order via our customer portal eBrick
Delivery times
If an order is placed before midday, it will be delivered within three business days. Alternatively you can select a delivery time and date that suits your project during the ordering process. If there are any issues with your delivery date request such as a product being out of stock, a sales representative will contact you directly. Please note that deliveries for a weekend cannot be booked online, please contact your local office to confirm availability for non weekday deliveries. Orders must be fully paid for before an order proceeds to the delivery stage.
Delivery instructions to include
So as to make your delivery run as smooth as possible, it is very important to provide as many relevant delivery instructions as possible. These can include but aren’t limited to:
- Preferred delivery time – am or pm
- Any traffic conditions eg a clearway may apply in front of your home at certain times of the day, you may live right near a school so delivery outside of school start and finish times would be better
- Preferred delivery position eg place bricks on left hand side of driveway
- A fork lift truck or a crane truck? A forklift truck has more manoeuvrability on site as long as access is suitable. A crane truck will generally unload to the side of the vehicle
Please note that whilst our drivers will do everything in their ability to delivery your order as requested, this may not always be possible due to safety issues. If a driver does not deem it safe to deliver your order as requested, they will suggest a safe solution. If you would like to learn more about our safety conditions or are unsure as to which vehicle would best suit your delivery, please contact your local centre on 13 BRICK (13 2742)
