About ordering Austral Bricks online

You can order and buy Austral bricks online right here on this website. When you browse through our range of brick products you’ll see an ‘order now’ option underneath the price displayed if a product is available for online purchase.

Delivery areas

We currently accept online orders for Metro Areas only. Over time, we will extend this to other areas. If you would like to order our products and live outside a Metro Area, please contact us, or visit a Design Centre near you.

Minimum quantity for online orders

To order and purchase Bricks online, the minimum order quantity is one pack of bricks. Packs vary in units depending on the product, but are approximately 400 bricks. If your order is below 1 pack, we can still process your order for collection at your nearest Design Centre. Simply proceed through the steps in our online ordering system, and you will receive a confirmation email and a follow up from a Sales Rep.

Order rounding

All orders are rounded up to the nearest band size.

Breakage allowance

We recommend adding an additional 10% to your order to allow for site breakage and waste.

Delivery charges

All online orders are subject to delivery charges relevant to your delivery area charged on a pro-rata basis. If your order is above the minimum quantity for online orders (1 pack) but below the minimum cartage quantity for your area (each area has different cartage requirements) then your order is also subject to a minimum cartage surcharge fee.

Online transactions

Providing the minimum order quantity is met, your order can be purchased online via credit card through our secure NAB transaction gateway. Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within three business days. Alternatively you can select a delivery time and date that suits your project during the ordering process.
